Roasters recommendation for this coffee

Joseph from April Coffee“We’ve been experimenting with new Aeropress recipes in the roastery recently, brewing some curious concentrate recipes which focus the sweetness and tactile quality of the brew. Curious souls can try the following:

Dose: 30g / Water: 230g (82’C), 100ppm

Grind Size: Course

  • Dose your coffee into the Aeropress (inverted). Pour 100g of water within the first 10 seconds.
  • Stir the coffee continuously up until the 30 second mark, before flipping the Aeropress onto the vessel and waiting patiently.
  • At 00:50 begin applying pressure, completing the compression in 20 seconds, leaving your total brew time at 01:10.
  • Add another 130g of water to your concentrate, stir and enjoy.
